Selecting Your Journal .....

Selecting the right Journal is an important part of Journal writing. You should enjoy working with it. It must be a functional asset to your work.

Over the past 20 years, I have used dozens of different kinds of books as my Journal. I have found it most useful to select those books that are as flexible as possible, considering the number of different settings you might choose for writing.

Other than these, there are no other guidelines except that you must feel good about your book, and very comfortable when writing in it. Anything you perceive as uncomfortable or interfering will become an obstacle in your work.
